Bahamian Cookin aka Kitchen is a small family owed Nobody has as much grandchildren as her. As a young lady growing up she learned how to cook In 2007 her daughter Prudence joins the Bahamian Cookin family in the kitchen as she was also taught how to cook at a young age. Today Ms. Wallace is no longer with us…. However her daughter and granddaughter now operate in the restaurant in memory of her. Thru years of successful hard work and endurance Mother, daughter and granddaughter.
Our Story
restaurant started by Ms. Mena Wallace better known as Grammy to the general public in 1986.
Bahamian Food from her grandmother and decided to share her talents with others by offering authentic Bahamian Food which she grew to know and love.
Bahamian Cookin Restaurant has been operated by three generations of Bahamian women.
